@MisterSn0w You can have a protein shake everyday. This video was just covering which shake to use after a certain type of workout.

what about if you take celltech after weight training?? when do u take the protein?
oh ok. Thanks!
Freezing the banana is going to give the shake that smoothie texture that way you dont have to add a bunch of ice
wats the purpose of freezing the bananas?
for best results slug down a carb drink immediatley after workingout to replace glycogen stores. Wait about 15 or 20 mins and then drink some quality proto
Yes. After a weight lifting workout is best but your body needs protein to build/repair the muscles.
So tis means that we drink protien after workout.??
I’ve been seeing that. And chocolate milk has worked wonders for me after a hard workout!
with a recovery drink, the focus is more on the carbohydrates than the protein. Fruit sugars are great so a smoothie can be the ultimate recovery drink. Coconut water is a great substitute for store bought recovery drinks like Gatorade as well. It’s has even more electrolytes to replenish your body.
It does slow it down a bit, but if you dont replenish that glycogen, you will have absolutely no energy the next day to do your next workout.
So you said that when glycogen is burned off during exercise your body starts burning fat. I know the point of a recovery drink is to be able to recover quickly but does that slow or stop fat burning?
So, how would someone make a RECOVERY drink? I do the same as you for the protein shakes, but have no idea how to make a recovery drink for the 4:1 ration. What do you use?
Thanks:)
Great Video!
There you have it!
