@villagefem To correct you, you eat less because your stomach can not expand and you feel full. Therefore you are not hungry. Therefore you eat less. Therefore you lose inches…. and then weight. You can continue to do it your way. This is not for everyone, obviously not for you.
@villagefem Uh, no you can eat more and eat better choices of food. Eating less only makes us hungry.

@jillstillrules169 Hey Jill, thank you for the feedback. That was my first video and I learned a lot. First of all the dress was pleated in the front so you could not see the full effect of the garment. I have since then learned to have models wear a tight T shirt and jeans so you can see her figure before and after. If you will check out my page I have a woman I coached from size 22 to size 10 and she is now down to a size 8. She did it in 7 months. I show her photos each month to a 10.

@den5576 The first day you wear it you need to have someone help you get into it so that is normal. Check out my video on how to go to the ladies room. Just type in Body Magic Bathroom. If you will commit to wearing it everyday, all day, your body will conform to the size of the garment.
i cant get into mien the only time i did was when my friend help who sold it to me and then i had to go to the bathroom and could nto get back into it
@mya0818 if you are a little heavier on the bottom than on the top you may need a two piece. That way you can custom fit the bottom and the top. Talk to your distributor that sold you the Body Magic, or if he/she is no longer in the business, call me. 321-662-9652
i got one but it totally cuts off circulation in my legs… Evrything else fits fine except the legs.. It feels like I have rubber bands or they just rid up…
@sheraw99 I don’t work out with mine on but I tell my clients to wear it ALL day! From the time you get up until the time you go to bed. Do not take a meal without it on. But you can take it off to work out. You will get smaller, you lose inches first.
Do you get smaller just from wearing it 8 hours a day or working out with it on?
I’ll admit the Body Magic smooths you out…but it takes forever just to get into the daggone thing. On my first try my hubby and daughter had to help. After sleeping in it (yes I did) and wearing it to work…still need the hubby’s assistance.

@HipHopcheerleader yes my before and after video is on my channel under before and after. I am shooting one with a woman that has gone from an 18 to a size 10. I should have it on you tube by next weekend. One week later I am shooting one with my client that I took from a size 22 to a 14 in just 5 months. Give me two weeks to get that one up. @HipHopcheerleader You are right. That was my very first video I did not know what to tell her to wear to give the best visual. But I have learned a lot in a year! I have a “before and after” video that I shot at a convention. It may give you a better idea.
I would have seen more if she wore a lighter colored dress.
