You have been doing great, and I think adding carbs if you are making yourself miserable and can’t do what you need to dod is a smart choice. You can doo eeet!
Also Thanks for the shout out. I’m glad you found the article as useful as I did. I think while motivation is awesome, and I bust my ass to keep it going, it is also important to acknowledge that some days it just isn’t going to be there to help you, and you’re going to have to step up and “get ‘er done”.

Adjusting your carbs is a good thing. It will not cause you to gain weight. Just make sure you keep getting your workouts in. Make sure you get enuf rest to recovery.

For the amount of exercise you’re doing, its good that you’re going to consume more carbs. That’s giving you the energy you need and if they’re all good carbs, it’s all good energy
