@lucy798 usually women want to use weights between 5-10 lbs. use those weights and do around 15-20 reps during any exercise you do. how long does it take to get a butt like that??!
so by toning, does that mean my butt will stick out a little more? i have a tiny, small, flat butt. i’m asian, so go figure. but i’m almost fat free, skinny naturally and can’t gain weight. so i wonder if this will help me or not. thanks.
Why would you want to touch a firm butt though? That’s manly. I like a nice soft phat ass. Muscle is for men.

i hav a big but and firm thighs,, i jus wanted to wrkout my hamstrings mor since i feel lik i’m alwayz wrkn my quads and glutes… and suggestions though on how i can lift my butt(a lil bit) and tone my upper hamstrings(hope that made sense)??

@Lhabyan Well workout your butt and legs muscles. Believe me it will not make you butt bigger, you will grow more strength in your muscle so it will be able to burn more fat. Also.. toning your butt muscle give support to that fat that tends to drop down (with the gravity) and make a weird butt shape.
I had this problem too.. with my butt.. and i focused on working butt and armstring.
i want to make my butt SMALLER not BIGGER ! i am embarrassed of how my butt is big , just talking about it makes me feel ashamed . i want my butt to be SMALLER , anyone has tips ?
