    Awesome video great info but dont cheat days increase leptin levels the dietition didnt mention anything about leptin.

    I read what you said Kodi….That if you are eating really well and then have a cheat meal, it can shock your system and actually make it work harder.

    Go the cheat meal!! Though, the three times a week thing is an awesome idea! Not that I am any example for good eating lately haha…..oh well….:) Keep it up dude!….

    Pineapples are very high in enzymes. So high that you can not store fresh pineapple and protein, meats together for a long time. If you skewer pineapple and chicken and put it in the fridge for a few hours the chicken will turn to mush because of the enzymes. You can not eat the core because it is even higher in enzymes and will burn your mouth.
