Here’s a quick and easy breakfast that takes minutes to make. Oatmeal and protein powder, just mix them together. Note in the video I said to use two cups of oats, only use one. My bad. Good way to start off the day. Bro, do you really eat that? Honestly, you cant even tell you train. Unfortunately you look like an “Average Joe” that has never picked up a weight in your life. Just curious why someone one take your advice when you look like that…
what about some protein bars or etc. stuff with no powder needed????? …I can’t find anything like that….I don’t wanna buy it., it’s expensive…not everybody (and not always) have so much money,ppl want something cheap and full of required nutritions …….. If I had a protein powder, I can eat anything and have a shake after that….I wanted something made of casual stuff, not too expensive..this is only way, how to make different consistency and taste of expensive powder
@icysnowstar yes but it denatured in your stomach acids anyway and then your body puts all the individual aminos back together anyway so no need to worry

Will the protein in the powder denature due to the heat from the hot water?
just had it but kept it in freezer for some time, makes it so much better.
Even adding a couple of teaspoons of whey is great just for flavoring instead of that sugar free stuff.
Choc is the best for this. adding protein powder to aotmeal is a old school move
i swear you add protien powder to everyone of your meals each day.
that’s what i usually have for breakfast…just found that vid. made me laugh. other than that, i sometimes have some slices of whole-grain bread with turkey breast (lean meat ftw).. one thing though – add fruits to your oat meal…makes it taste more interesting and you get extra fibre…grapes, apples, pears…and leave the peel – tastes great in combination with the chocolate flavoured protein powder.
I only use about half a handful to make 1 cup exactly so it only takes 5 minutes
& I can relate to not enough time lol ! Life can be quite busy for sure with a few comittments on the go outside of the gym. The nice thing is that eating like this I have lost 116 lbs since may of 09, went from 355 down to 238 & feel like a million bucks. Thanx for posting this stuff Dude
