@jhiken Try looking at a whole food store. They are typically found at those types of stores. Thats not all he eats, he has a nutrition plan that he follows as well as taking protien shakes and other supplements (not steriods). Most people assume the biggers guys are on steriods because of jealousy. WORK WORK WORK

  5. davidnned says:

imagine if this wasn’t a guy that was so muscular showing us how to make a chicken sandwich, you’d alt+f4 this window at the beginning of the video

  6. Arodinme6 says:

Did anyone else notice how much sodium was in this “healthy meal”? There’s no point in bodybuilding if you’re aiming for your heart to fail on you before your time. What is that, ~700mg of sodium in that meal for only ~40g protein? Hahaha, so much for nutrition, right?

  7. llmasterllp says:

  14. demon39063 says:

You need calories to build muscle.

Great advice on eating Scott. Just a lil observation from a non professional worker outer. I have only just started. You look like you have, at least, the beginnings of a ‘beer belly’ ? How can we get rid of those ?

Just goes to show girls. Nomatter what we do, how hard we work – we can’t fight gravity. Try a black pair of brushed cotton Wrangler’s next time. Will make your ass look fab at least :-)

  26. vannatrinh says:

@musefan410 BMI is measured in kg/m^2, and used to ‘categorize’ people’s “health risks.” It should be complemented with waist circumference, and is just a loose guide.

    Body fat is the percentage.

  27. Adorezmoi says:

I think my body fat level is at 8%? I can’t remember but it was well below the 15% and I’m very, very healthy and I’m not starving.

So I don’t really believe that you can’t be skinny and healthy. Maybe my body type is different, *shrug*.

  28. Adorezmoi says:

@liquidflame44 You don’t have to be flubby to be fat. Most everyone, even the thin people have fat.

  29. b0ob0 says:

great difference, much more fit and look healthier, i think you look great keep up the good work :)

  30. puritygirl1 says:

I’m 5’4 and weigh 122 how is is this possible we should weigh the same.

  31. musefan410 says:

if your 5’4 and weigh 129 pounds, isnt your bmi 22%?
whats the difference between body fat and bmi?

  32. musefan410 says:

    15%?

  33. milanbaros555 says:

    she already looked great

  34. brownieblush says:

No problem. I really hope you do, you feel and look so much better when you are active.

  35. JasminJonson says:

@brownieblush okay so maybe i should try it… thanks! :)

  36. brownieblush says:

@JasminJonson I feel what you’re saying. I’m 5′ 2″ and was 107lbs. Now I am 113lb., though ironically smaller and more toned. It is really worth it, because I am smaller. Weight is just a number.

  37. Granazful says:

Awwww. now i want a poutine.

  38. NadoSecretAsianMan says:

  39. yardape99 says:

  40. spiritprofessor says:

I know of one way to lose body fat, drinking the right water. Do you know what kind of water this is? I’ll give you a clue, it’s micro-clustered, high alkaline electron charged magic water…Any clues yet? Let me know if your interested in knowing what I’m sharing here. Be safe and well.

  41. animegirl2754 says:

@Munnchbunnch You my friend, have a lot to learn. There is a perfectly good reason why most people are stuck eating such horrible food. Iit’s usually not because they want to, but because it’s all they can afford, if you haven’t noticed healthy food is expensive. Many people can’t afford it. So don’t go around slandering other people without knowing the facts. And another thing, nobody deserves to get cancer. You obviously have never been touched by it. It’s horrible. Show some compassion.

  42. Munnchbunnch says:

Just stop eating sooo much scummy junk food you American idiots. It serves you right if your a fatty, the same way it serves a smoker right if they get cancer. Nobody forced them to eat 2 big-macs. It’s their problem so let them sort them-selfs out. It’s a sick joke. People are so damn lazy and looking for quick fixes. If you eat all the bad shit, then you’re gonna suffer from bad shit. I never feel any remorse for any fat, unfit people..EVER.

  43. nst66k says:

when you fuck with me youre going to be fitter baby !!!!

  44. Gautamgehi says:

Hey sarah do you have a fan club

  45. JasminJonson says:

@virginiasyootoob yes but he (or she) is kinda right, i mean she alreday looked amazing before. i think this was meant to be a compliment ;)

but you’re right, her goal was to gain muscles, lose fat, so to get in shape and she did it!

  46. JasminJonson says:

    i’m 5.6 feet tall and 113 lbs

but i don’t really have a lot of muscles and i think if i’d start to do muscle training (i do jogging, dancing and playing tennis) i’d probably gain weight because muscles are a lot heavier than fat aren’t they?

honestly, i’m scared of doing this, because if i’d see that i’ve gained weight i would think immediately that i’ve eat to much i’d never be able to say: ok, that’s because i’ve gained muscles :S

  47. abour083 says:

    Sarah, I <3 your videos!

However, one thing REALLY bugged me about the presentation of the graphs.

The x-axis on your graphs (time) didn’t use a fixed unit of mesure between your points. The points all have the same distances between one another but they don’t represent the same lapses of time (57, 63, 13 days respectively). The last two (13 days difference) should be much closer together.

You did make bigger than usual losses in those 13 days; did you do something differently?

  48. TheAbStand says:

Such an amazing workout! Thanks Sarah!
