    I can pretty much eat whatever I want, just not WHENEVER I want. Not eating late has helped me lose about 8 lbs in the past couple weeks :-D

    @picklesandshoelaces Whole wheat options contain NO white flour in them at all. Most multi-grain breads/cereals do contain white flour or other simplified carbs. White flour is STILL a type of grain, so technically, it counts, even if it is empty calories.

    Here’s a quick little trick I learned. Fiber makes us feel full. So we naturally eat less if we eat a high fiber diet and that is good for ANYONE trying to lose weight. It helps us to control our portion sizes and it helps us curb snack cravings later.

    For anyone trying to lose weight, I would recommend trying a high fiber diet (ancient humans got 100+ grams of fiber daily, so don’t worry). Or if that’s too much for you, at least focus on adding a bit more of it to your daily eating habits.

    This is a signature video PMITM. If I have peanuts and popcorn in the house, I’m a good girl. There are only 3 things that I don’t eat. Everything else is open season. One of the best things that ever happened is the Servings Label. Portion control is the key. I’m satisfied with a relatively small portion. I eat rather frequently 5-7 times per day. Breakfast is a must do. You’d be surprised at how many people skim or skip it.

  15. SParkApCider says:

    @NiKKiBSEXCii yep, it has to be plugged into the outlets, they have expiration dates, short hold times.

  22. picklesandshoelaces says:

    Multi-Grain does NOT mean that there is more crap in the bread. It means there are more ingredients. Most multi-grain foods are better for you than whole wheat foods actually because the more grains something has the more different nutrients it posses. The grains it has are no worse than wheat or anything like that.

  23. PlusModelInTheMaking says:

    @PuffPuffPrincess You’re welcomed and thank you!!!

  24. PlusModelInTheMaking says:

    @123beehealthy LOL, thank you :)

  25. PlusModelInTheMaking says:

    @istofal I agree with that trans-fat is definitely worse… I wouldn’t say fat-free everything but definitely reduced fat whenever you can :)
