    I was so worried at first that you actually had a way to lose belly fat without diet and exercise. That is a question I also get all the time. Sorry folks…there is a formula for losing weight and getting fit! And I see a question below about when will you see results, and I always tell people that if they follow the formula that most people will see a difference in 2 weeks,
