    I realize this video is just an example and shouldnt be taken TOO literally bc everyone diet would be different BUT…
    I don’t agree with not eating solid foods first thing in the AM. I think this shake would do better as your morning snack (between breakfast and lunch) as opposed to breakfast. Getting your body to work for you itself by having it work to breakdown solid food is what I perfer doing. I also perfer carbs in the AM bc I cut most of them out after lunch

    I wanted to know if protein powder is good to take on a regular basis? Some people told me that I shouldn’t take it. (I’m 15 male) I wanted to take some to build some muscles.. But I’m not trying to lose weight.
