If you imagine humans at the “dawn of man” before tools were invented humans could not even get meat. Animals run simple to fast. So it make sense that humans never where meant to eat animals.

  2. seyton144 says:

Americans ate meat long before these diseases became epidemic. I think we eat to much meat, but in moderation with whole foods, it’s perfectly fine. Meat is a part of the traditional diet, maybe the real causes of our problems was the deviation from traditional diets. He’s harping on fiber. It’s not that we don’t get enough of that because we eat meat, we don’t get enough because we don’t eat whole grains and vegetables.

@auggiedoggy The guys I listed in their 70s will easily surpass 100 years old as vegans.

  4. auggiedoggy says:

@777TylerJB : There’s a huge difference between vegetarians and vegans/fruitarians. Jack Lalanne, amazing as he is, wasn’t a vegan and today 70 isn’t a huge accomplishment (the life expectancy for a male in Canada is 78 and is similar in the USA. You toss a few names around. I talk about populations. Your numbers are statistically insignificant. At 17 you need more life experience before you can tell anyone that they have much to learn. Talk to you in 10 years.

  5. 777TylerJB says:

@auggiedoggy Jack Lallane is a vegetarian who is 96 years old and works out two hours a day. Peter Ragnar is in his 70s as a raw vegan and works out alot and can leg press over 2000 lbs. Robert Cassar , Sherif Kamal, etc. youtube them all. You my friend have much to learn. Diet isn’t a religion to me, but it is important. I don’t judge people by what they eat but it has been established the healthiest diet is a vegan diet containing mostly raw foods.

  6. auggiedoggy says:

@777TylerJB : Vegetarians and vegans bring religion into this. They treat their diet as a religion ignoring that which has been established as faults with their diets. Its a real religion. Sad but true. The worst are raw vegans and fruitarians. People fail on plant foods and if you really did your research you’d see that people do not live longer or healthier on these extreme diets. You’re young and have much to learn. Some day you’ll understand.

  7. 777TylerJB says:

@auggiedoggy Why are you bringing religion into this? Lol it is simply a matter if you need animal products in the diet or not. This video has proved that you don’t. People thrive on plant foods and fall apart on animal foods. I suppose you could introduce some animal products if you wanted, but it would be pointless since it has nothing to offer except dangers.

  8. auggiedoggy says:

@777TylerJB : A person I used to encounter on the Internet kept referring to the vegetarian (especially vegan) diet as a religion. Now I know what he meant. Tell-tale signs of this religion are in the language. Certain words and phrases and appeal to emotion: where an argument is made due to the manipulation of emotions, rather than the use of valid reasoning are used to try and hammer home its message. I can detect such a religionist within 5 minutes of listening to the familiar mantra.

  9. 777TylerJB says:

@auggiedoggy There are no proven track records of healthy populations. It is all anecdotal. I already told you there are no deficiencies to worry about on an all plant based diet. I listen to people that are truly healthy and don’t lie to try and prove something.

  10. auggiedoggy says:

@777TylerJB : Its obvious that you don’t get my point. The healthiest populations are neither vegetarian nor are they vegan. I was a vegetarian (near vegan) btw. Here’s another point to take from all this; you can exist on a deficient diet for quite a long time so how you feel today may change years from now. Rather than listen to vegetarians and vegans expound the virtues of their diet I rely upon facts and proven track records of healthy populations.

  11. 777TylerJB says:

@auggiedoggy There is no nutrition in animal foods that can’t be found in plant foods. In fact the foods with the least amount of nutrients are animal foods. All the super nutrient dense foods are from plants so I don’t get your argument there.

  12. auggiedoggy says:

@777TylerJB : Yes but the more you deviate from animal foods the more you put yourself at risk of nutritional deficiencies. I look at proven success by using the examples of healthy populations like the Okinawans, the Hunza’s, Icelandic people, etc. All use animals foods in varying degrees and all live long healthy lives. I try to get my information from unbiased sources.

  13. 777TylerJB says:

@auggiedoggy Animal foods are 100% unnecessary. I would only eat them in a survival situation like the eskimos. Keep in mind eskimos life span is 50 years old and most die from osteoporosis. That is true we aren’t herbivores however our anatomy is way more geared towards a herbivores than a carnivores.

  14. auggiedoggy says:

We may not have the same taxonomy of a carnivore but we are most definitely NOT herbivores. We are non-specific, opportunistic (mixed) eaters. Also, keep in mind that the populations that Dr. Klapper praises because of their diets, such as the Thais, are not vegetarians. Cut back on animal foods but you don’t have to eliminate everything.

  15. veganandrea says:

I don’t even like to take antibiotics when I am sickand I certainly would not expect to get them from consuming animal meat. I am so happy I made the change to an animal free diet. Visit for free recipes: easyveganmeals

google HR875… that is the bill…when it has passed…and i think it did…. trouble.

  24. crimberland says:

all in black and white in Obamas new bill… apparently organic can spread airborne disease..lol.. yes i know absurd. The new pesticide rules will state all organic grown crops will have to take on Monsata pesticides and gov science before it can be consumed. There are two different stamp numbers on organic food already…one tampered with..one not. I only by heritage seeds to grow my food..but it seems even these are being bought out by big companies who will not ship to u.k.

  25. AmericanPowerBase says:

Are you sure? Michelle My Belle has been in the WHITE HOUSE GARDEN planting something lately. It might just be her own stash, I dunno, but I doubt that anyone has declared war on OG’s. We have a lot of OG’s and no-hormone milk producers here in the Deep South.
