    After i finished my reach and touch excersize i stood up ready to begin my cross leg reverse crunch, but out of nowhere Chuck Norris smacked me with a roun-house kick.. Several months later I awoke and I was fat :(

    Help – Right, I do sit ups everynight beforre I go to bed 5 min song n non stop, and I have the 4 top abs, but the lower 2 just are nowhere to be seen, so what excercise has to be done to tone the lower abs?

    I thought this won’t work. but I’m doing this workout now for 3 days and i think it’s gonna work :) . hope to get stronger abs in about 2 months or something.

    i got a question some one please answer okay the question is that i think i have a flabby stomach but i dont know some people tell me i do and some say i dont i dont know who to belive but yea the question is that if you could see the lines on your stomach of the abs and feel it does that mean im skinny or flabby please answer any one

    This routine is great, but doing the right ab exercises is just ONE (small) PART of the equation…

    The real key to getting abs is getting a low enough body fat percentage (7% for guys and 12% for women) by doing cardio, eating right and developing ALL the major muscle groups so they burn fat..

    You should take a look at the video in my channel on what it takes to get abs (and why normal dieting isn’t the answer). Seriously… If you don’t have abs yet, you need to check it out.

    @izaak26007 im 14 now for a while i did plain old sit-ups and that got me the abs but they wernt very big or strong so i tried this and within the first week my abs got bigger and stronger and in the second week i got the six pack
