Great haul. When I have a chocolate craving I drink chocolate soy milk. It also makes a really good snack smoothie/shake thing with strawberries or raspberries. I’ve been having the same problem with the whole convenience foods instead of fresh. I’ve been upping my fruit.

@amirprog Maybe you shouldn’t have read the 80/10/10 book because you don’t make much sense. I don’t need to read books about diet when I have spent so many years studying how the body works at a cellular level. The more I learn the more I realize how important a balance of protein, good fat, slow carb, fast carbs are. Eating 80% fruit (high GI sugar) or carbs is just ridiculously stupid. This isn’t about losing weight its about health. I don’t know wtf ur trying to say with exercise.
@thegarbageman21 another thing, not drink enough water, highly important. the cause that leads to all diseases is dehydration.
@thegarbageman21 read the 80/10/10 book and then reply back. sure if you’re a potato couch then of course you will have prob with sugar – anyway. but if you exercise and get rid of junks like any type of processed sugar, cacao, bread, dairy, meat, etc. you’ll be just fine and balanced in the long run. not being balanced is not to exercise, not get enough sun, not to get a good sleep. and not eat food as close to nature as possible.

Too many fruits are not good for you either. 80% fruit intake is absurd. Think of all the sugars you are constantly ingesting. Only short term fuels with now low GI carbs…

Fat is not what makes you “fat.” Popular myth. Americans think they can lose fat by sticking to tons of carbs and lowering their fat intake. By fat I mean GOOD FATS. Not whoppers and big macs. I mean oils, fish, nuts, etc. Those fats are important for burning fat and health. Ask any bodybuilder. Anyone can eat grass all day and starve themselves to look like this guy.

Fat is one of the most studied / researched tissues right now and we are discovered more and more everyday just how vital fat is. To think starving yourself of anything / being skinny with no muscle is healthy . . . plain ignorance.

I really liked this video…he reminds me of how I’ve been thinking lately…Im just so down and out…just trying to figure out what I want out of life. But I have been thinking of how to start a organic diet because I have a thing for natural living…trying to lose weight and wanting to start a organic life but I lack motivation…not sure why Im letting myself get so low…but I found his attitude likeable…I wish I had friends that were open, fun, and adventures…:)
