i would just like to tone up and ive tried your excercise a few times and i can really feel my muscles working.
how long do you suggest it would take to start seeing some results

I love this lady, she explains so very good and she makes me not quit when I do them cuz I can feel my abs actually gettin tightened

@ulimma Congrats!!!! The most important thing to address 3 months after a c-section is your core or abdominal strength. You can perform breathing exercises and once cleared by your physician to exercise, abdominal exercises gradually increasing intensity. Search my videos for ab exercises or core exercises and they will definitely help. Remember, walking and eating well everyday are essential as well. Once you improve your core strength your abs will reappear

@katieee14ist Well, I think abdominal breathing would benefit yo the best. That is where you actually “awaken” the deep transverse abdominus muscle therefore leading to a toner. stronger, “flatter” belly. You can search my videos for my “ab workouts” or “breathing”. Please have your physician clear you. Also, walking and eating several healthy meals a day is very important. Hope that helps

@jamiegregoryxd actually that is somewhat correct. During AB exercises alone isn’t enough o burn the fat one may have in the midsection. Cardio and eating properly burns fat…doing ABS improves strength and tone. Be well. Alycia
I heard crunches dont get rid of belly fat, they just create muscles over the fat
