    guys give her a break about the canned chicken, there are many healthy canned varieties out there, canned chicken, tuna, salmon etc.. she maybe using one of those if not who cares, you use what you want, shes just showing you a fast and easy way of making this dish :)

    I always use fresh chicken. But everybody is different. Plus the broth I boil with rice. Lots of food here. Great video. Very lovely lady.

    it’s great that youre showing healthier alternatives like the greek yogurt to mayo, but it seems like youre being kind of counter productive by using canned and frozen items instead of fresh ingredients. maybe it’s ok for weight loss but that doesnt make it healthy.

    Canned Chicken has sodium, additives and worst of all, BPA… not healthy….Sorry! Use NATURAL chicken (not chicken that has ‘broth or solution’ added for best health..
