    WOW…u look great…i don’t understand why you said yuck to your backside…it looks fine….i hope to bounce back this quick after i have my baby …even though i’m alot heavier.

    This was very easy to make and delicious. While the chicken was grilling I sauteed mushroom, onion and tomatoes with some olive oil. Sprinkled some italian seasoning, salt pepper and some limejuice for the tang. It all went together very well, most of what I cook at home is off your youtube channel :)

    I don’t adhere to calorie counting. I am all about eating good healthy foods and PORTION CONTROL.

    All ingredients are low fat/low sodium.
