    @adrygarcia I say most likely, not certainly that they’ll live long lives. I think their diet is extremely healthy, but there’s better things available that they’re closed off to.

    @SecretsOfLongevity ok, I realize that years ago you think that vegan diet is healthy and now you discovered that is unhealthy, I can see this just reading coments of you in youtube years ago saying that all nutrients are in plants or reading in your website similar thing, even you say in your website that Brian Clement or Gabriel Cousens will most live very long lives.

    @SecretsOfLongevity thanks for the information, It’s true, we need very small porcions, even we can get omega 3 & omega 6 from vegetables and fruits, that is the best way to get them because they’re the only foods that contain the essential fatty acids with the best RATIO for the human body (about 1:1). Grains, avocados, nuts or seeds have to much omega 6 vs omega 3.

    But almost there is no sources of mono fats that don’t have also poly fats, I can’t understand this point, explain me please.

    @adrygarcia Yeah but we don’t need massive amounts of them. We evolved on a high saturated and monounsaturated fat diet.

    @SecretsOfLongevity ok, thanks, but polyunsaturated are harmful??, the essential fatty acids are omega 3, and omega 6, boths are polyinsaturated!!!!

    @adrygarcia I’ve addressed this in my video series on animal foods. There is absolutely nothing harmful in fats unless they’re polyunsaturated because they oxidize inside of the body quicker. The Hippocrates diet is medium fat.

    @SecretsOfLongevity About his waist, sorry about my coment, was the posture and the pants that seems. and yes if he eats like that is clearly low fat. I don’t say that fat is unhealthy, but too much fat is bad, is better a diet low in fat, even the hypocrates diet recomends low fat.
    By the way, many people think that 25% of your calories from fat is too much fat, what is your opinion?? how percentage of fat you eat approximately?

    @adrygarcia He doesn’t have fat around his waist, fat is NOT unhealthy and he get’s most of his calories from carbs and protein. He eats a wide variety of berries, some sprouted grain wraps and tons of greens, sprouts and algar which are up to 40% protein. A couple of tablespoons of chia seed and an avocado here and there will not be a huge amount of calories from fat.

    The only food dense in calories that he eats is seeds, so seeds is his priarly food for obtain calories, so he is eating tremendous amounts of FAT,SO LIKE ALL THE EXPERTS IN THE WORLD SAYS: THAT IS A VERY UNHEALTHY DIET. That is why he have some fat like he says, specially in his waist. But very interesting interview!

People and society are so brainwashed and stubborn, they will tell you, you cant live of of plants! You will die! What Bullshit! Every kid today has add, asthma, allergies! and people have cancer because of Toxic food chemo and drugs! Peace and love man!

    @pavy415 I haven’t seen anyone 180 lbs eating just a green smoothie and a salad a day, have You? Thats what sets this video apart. I looked up “Vegan Boy”, couldn’t find anything. Do You mean “Raw Nature Boy”? Most raw bodybuilders eat quite a bit of food.

    @pavy415 He looks great in my opinion, not as big as a meat/dairy eater, but have You realized how little he eats? Do You realize the significant of that? No one that I have seen eating that little is as big and toned as he is. But yeah if You compare him to a pro bodybuilder, then Your not getting the point of this video. Actually part 2 tells You how very little he eats now.
