the body will adapt to anything, ever hear of a athlete by the name of Hershel Walker? he is basically on the warrior diet, I am too and im a healthy 200 lbs 7% body fat. oh and i’ve been on this diet since i was 17 and im 22 now. my thoughts are like this. no ones diet is RIGHT and Most diets WILL work if someone sticks to it so there body will get used to it. Eat real food, lift hard, walk and sprint. Keep it simple!!!!!

@Iamorton There is so much hard science behind Ori’s recommendations, you really need to visit the warrior diet home and read the tons of free info there. But essentially, you under-eat during the day and eat a larger meal in the evening. This diet maximizes your alertness, and your body’s ability to be in a “fight/flight” response during the day, focusing your body’s use of energy to be alive, awake, alert, and ready for anything…then @nite, you digest, rest and recover. chk it out!
The author of the Warrior Diet, Ori Hofmekler is as authentic as it gets. However, he also very clearly states that you do not build up muscle mass on his diet – no secret agenda there. The authors of this video show extreme bias and ignorance in their review of this diet. Typical “muscle head” theory at work here, lol.

You guys, need to read the book, and try the diet. The view on dieting is changing big time. Ever since this book came around people have been modifying fasting into their diet results have come out better than the traditional “eat 6 meals a day” body building diet.
Herschel Walker, all the while admitting that this diet is not for everybody, would probably argue otherwise to your “skinny” claim.
