Well, with High Intensity Interval Training (also known as HIIT) you can do just that, burn more fat while spending less time in the gym. In this article I will explain how to get the best results from this new and cutting-edge type of cardiovascular training. You have probably been told, just like the rest of us, that in order to burn the greatest amount of fat you need to do cardio for 20 to 60 minutes at a moderate intensity. How HIIT Works With HIIT, you will be working harder than you normally work but for about a quarter to a half of the time that you would normally spend on the cardio machine of your choice. Here’s What You Do: Pick the cardio machine of your choice (treadmill, elliptical, rower, bike, swimming) and perform a 5 minute warm-up. Then take time to stretch properly and you are ready to begin. Start at a moderate pace for 1 minute, then crank up the pace to 90 or 95% of your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR).     @feinburgrl actually you’re wrong. Results show that short intense excercise (like in this video, despite the fact it might not look intense) is much more valuable excercise than long excercise at low intensity.
    Also, you want to eat more to lose weight, otherwise your metabolism drops. However you need a high protein and fibre with low fat diet.

    @beatboxcajon as far as i know in order to burn fat you need to increase your heart beat up to a certain level, depending on your heart beat, it takes 12 minutes to 25 minutes for your body to start burning fat. So imho using a sweat suit does not help you burn fat but helps you to lose water. Again, i’m not a pro of course.

    @lcole98 Dude, how much you weight is not actually a problem. What matters is your body fat ratio. So don’t worry about it and don’t focus on your weight too much. All you need to do is some cardio, so that you can burn fat and adjust your bmi. You’re too young and you have a lot of time to get in shape, don’t compromise form and you’ll be cool:]

    Is this the proper way or should i adjust it ? i want maximum intensity for me should i do all workouts and then 30 sec rest? sorry for my english but i am 14 years old and from the netherlands xD
