Like most of u say here,eating healthy IS what makes the fat disappear.Of course,exercise is also important,but if u exercise all the time and then eat the calories back up then it was all in vain.I’d recommend fasting,it made me lose 10 pounds in less than a month,and I only did like 1-2 hours of exercise per week.Thats 8 hours of exercise,rest of the time goes to keepin it clean!

join the gym thats best lose weight especailly if u go fitness classes will help too. I lost 5kgs in two weeks but u have to train very hard and eat diet food
