Holla! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
@ec11pse which means you can eat about 2700 calories per day (whenever you are running 10 miles). Basically, TDEE – 300 cal.
You are gonna die if you stick to 1200 cal :O
@ec11pse Woah dude, where are you getting this 1200 figure from? Remember, each person has a TDEE depending on their age, sex, activities etc. Let’s say your TDEE is 2300 cal, the calories your body needs to keep your heart beating, to keep walking, to talk etc etc. You would then need to target to put in 2000 calories into your body, the deficit should be 300 cal.
If you are running 10 miles (I don’t know if it is a hobby of yours or something), then surely your TDEE would be 3000 cal.

Please help, What I don’t get is that how am I supposed to eat the minimum calories (1200) and run more than ten miles? People are probably gonna be like, “what do you mean, 10 miles is a walk in the park for me” but for me i run about 6 miles in about 1 hour. at maximum that’s like 600 calories burned (right? i don’t have a calorie counter) so I don’t get it? I’m still hungry when I eat 1200 calories. I eat fruits so i could eat a little more, but then I’m too tired and light headed to run.
