@Crystal110987 There are always those 70% raw cacao bars and chocolate protein shakes…

Starving yourself will only make things worse. You probably ate 3000 calories a day. You need to replace those 3000 calories of crap with high quality calories. AKA grassfed meats, whole vegetables, fruit, etc….Your low calorie diets will always end in failure. There is plenty of proof of this.

  3. timmyxdl says:

11-1200 calorie diets are stupid! Those are semi-starvation diets. You lose weight rapidly, and gain it all back almost instantly. Please by all means ditch this yo-yo dieting. Cutting your calories WILL lower your metabolism. You eat WHOLE FOODS. Obesity studies show that HIGH FAT, HIGH PROTEIN, Low carb diets work the best. Ditch all the processed stuff and eat WHOLE foods and you will lose weight and maintain a healthy weight.

you know what I really respect about you? the fact that you don’t judge yourself compared to your past actions. what i mean is that last time you ate less and lost weight quickly, but this time you’re eating more and loosing weight more steadily. most people would view themselves negatively for not “trying as hard” as last time. they might feel like they are less disciplined or whatever. whereas you are wise enough to take it all in stride. you do what will work for you in the long run.

con: a diet low in calories from complex carps can really massed up the body’s muscle mass, and it can even make the body eat the muscle and store fat in certain areas. Did you kept an eye on the measurements of your body parts, where your body stores the more fat?? and do you know if the weight you are losing is really fat and not muscle?? i had to learn the hard way… :( of what weight lost really is, losing fat and not muscle. Even if you gain a few pounds! if it is muscle mass! you are ok

  19. rgchrono says:

quick question, not to talk down towards your weight lost journey, but I remember last year , when i was looking at your weight lost videos and updates for support with my own weight lost journey, I notice that even when you were close towards your own goal weight …your upper arms still looked kind of big. And after learning more about weight lost and muscle gain, are you sure that you were losing body fat and not muscle weight?
