    @xxnezsaxx yes it does its very good for the nervous system does wonders but if you still find yourself nervous you might want to up the dose hope that helps get a good b vitamin complex quality is key i get mine from jigsaw health its actually a sustained release.

    Verry helpfull, thnanks im naow taking an omega 3, an the gnc mens health milti vitimin, an the vitiman b, do you think that this is to much?also i have been taking lutein for my eyes, my eyesight is verry good, i figures it couldn hurt….i hope not taking 20 mg talblets

    sometimes I take them at night, ive been on B complex for so many years, it really doesn’t hop me up anymore. But best time is morning or mid day.
