paynowlivelater.blogspot.com – this video describes the rationale and philosophy behind eating as our ancestors did and provides me and hopefully you with a way to tell others why it makes sense.
Aspartame (E951) is an artificial sweetener, used in over 6000 products. The food industry claims that aspartame helps in losing weight, but why is obesity then becoming such an ever increasing problem? www.naturalnews.com Aspartame is a very sweet chemical, responsible for a host of health problems such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, brain diseases, migraines, ADHD, etc. www.naturalnews.com www.wnho.net Aspartame breaks down into three toxic components: 1. Methanol. This is poisonous alcohol. In the body, methanol breaks down into formaldehyde, which is a poison. 2. Phenylalanine. This decreases the amount serotonin in your brain, which leads to mood swings (depressions) and an increased appetite! That is why aspartame is one of the main causes for the current obesity epidemic. 3. Aspartic acid. This is a neurological toxin comparable to MSG. The US Department of Health has recorded 92 (!) symptoms following complaints about aspartame. In fact, over 80% of all complaints filed with FDA are related to aspartame consumption! www.321recipes.com Some of the brand names for aspartame: AminoSweet, NutraSweet, Equal, NatraTaste, Canderel, Spoonful, Equal-Measure, etc. Aspartame is used in any of the following products: Sugarfree, Light, Diet, Zero (Coke, Sprite & Fanta), Coke 007, Pepsi Max, Crystal Clear, Low-Calorie, Crystal Light, No Sugar Added, Smint, Stimorol Ice, Stimorol Fusion, Freedent, Mentos, Sportlife, etc. Do no longer believe the lies of the food industry and the …
@allsop91 yup
@bubbetfetish if you decide to eat dairy, it’s got to be the best type to have. But bear in mind you may not be well adapted to even healthy dairy. It’s a matter of luck. Dairy gives me IBS but you may be fine.
Very cute video! well done! I am looking into this type of lifestyle after raw veganism. What are your thoughts on Raw organic grassfed milk and cream?
So do u basically just eat free range meat, fish, chicken and veg etc and stay away from the things it tells you to in the video?
Obviously I took the wonderful information in this video very seriously and agree wholeheartedly….but I have to say the way you did this video made me laugh quite a bit…it’s quite comical actually….loved it!
@bizzarrogeorge I am happy for you man, I think you have made the good choice. And I wish you good luck on this incredible journey, you’re gonna love it !!
really great vid!
Thank you so much for putting this together. I appreciate your efforts and look forward to viewing other videos you’ve created.
Hey, real nice work and a very good service to people (many won’t realize how powerful the info they are learning is). I am a geologist, have been on a hunter-gatherer diet for 12 years, am 57 years old, and have had many benefits! Arthritis gone, IBS gone, 40 pounds lighter, and I bike and hike a lot with ease. I like how you explained this in such a fun, yet complete way.
@bizzarrogeorge you’re welcome. Sounds like a good eating day!
@paynowlivelater Thanks Paynowlivelater. I do have a hard time in life because I read into things a little too much. Anyway, did a little reading about this and similar diet plans, and today started with low carbs, very little dairy, and a new one for me, organic veggies(raw) and a nice steak that wasn’t injected with hormones and steroids. Also I drank a lot of water, ate some apples, grapes, and unsalted mixed nuts, and feel light on my feet.Usually I feel like a slug after eating.Thanks.
@bizzarrogeorge of over 150,000 views, you are the only person to interpret that slide literally and comment on it. No, there is not a problem with bottled water. I just didn’t notice that the picture of sugary drinks also included a bottle of water. My mistake. Being a literalist myself, I have a little sympathy with your position. But since I trust you are also endowed with comon sense, I assume you’ll be able to filter out other inadvertent oversights in this & other well-intentioned videos
good video. had nice vibe.
I clicked on this because I really wanted to learn about this diet plan, yet at 1:02 I am being told that “it goes without saying” that I shouldn’t be drinking Poland Spring Water. I understand that it’s just glorified tap water, but my point is that if you overlooked such an obvious detail as the basic building block of all life-water, then what else in this video is a mistake? No water? Really? Good luck with that.
If this video were too wouldn’t Italians be deathly ill?
@Adhemar05 It would be almost impossible to test now, as people are brought up eating grain, and no studies are done on diets like this because the media writes them off as fads, so there would be no funding. The main evidence is the action of grains causing blood sugar instability in the short term, and the fact that modern non grain eating tribes don’t experience diabetes at all.
<3 Yay! Bee-yoo-t-ful! Well done! Thanks!
I’ve been eating paleo (+ dairy) for the past 3 months and I’ve never felt better in my life. Super high protein, carbs only from fruits/nuts/veggies and lactose, absolutely no refined sugars.
It is THE way to eat.
@jcap623
Sigh… we haven’t evolved enough yet, and won’t for another hundred thousand years or so.
I liked that video…. made me laugh at some points!
I don’t agree with everything though….. I know some people can’t deal with dairy, especially pasteurised varieties. But grass fed butter is the one dairy food I wouldn’t live without and it seems to be ok for most people.
right on, right on!
now i’m depressed
We have changed ourselves to drink milk the gene to drink milk turned off when we were 4 years old 10,000 years ago but not we can drink it all of our life. We are changing but again how are you finding foods that existed 10,000 years ago.
i don’t get it the foods that you want to eat existed a long time ago and we have been breeding them for the last 10000 years so where to you find seeds and plants that existed 10000 years ago.
Where exactly is the evidence linking grain products to the development diabetes? I can;t find it anywhere, not on pubmed at least. The only link is a good one, whole grain products lower the risk of diabetes type 2
@HealthRanger7 You tard…you referenced an article that you, yourself wrote. AND, in this article you say “new research” points to this…but you don’t cite ANY sources. I realize you are an amazing journalist/hip-hop artist/technology pioneer/executive director, but I feel it is still important to tell you…..REAL RESEARCHERS CITE THEIR SOURCES.
@HealthRanger7 hidden agenda to dumb down society and make people ill. Really? You are completely paranoid. Not only that, but for a society to function it needs productive members of society. Dumb, sick people do not help the cause of these unnamed people in your conspiracy theory and so it makes no sense that they would attempt to destroy the mechanism that sustains them.
@matthewR77 “Do you really think 99% of family doctors would really tell you something is ok that kills you? ” Are you serious dude? Money will make a person do anything. The FDA is there to fine people who don’t grease the wheels, and ignore real threats because in the end YOU are the consumer, they’re not forcing you to eat/drink it. The FDA getting kickbacks, letting big corps. do their shit, and we die because in the end, one less person roaming the planet.
Good Post:)
food and drink industry puts too many shit in their products.too bad there arent many law regulations concerning that.
nice video, thanx for uploading
@matthewR77 Independent studies (not paid for by the food industry) nearly always show that aspartame causes health problems and is dangerous.
Please watch the film Sweet Misery to learn about the fraud and deception behind the approval of aspartame. (a link is located the text area next to this video)
Aspartame is part of a hidden agenda to dumb down society and make people ill.
Please watch the film ‘Wake Up Call’ (among my favorites and playlists) to learn more about this agenda.
@sweethotfirefly Wow, a couple researchers against the word of every other researcher. Not very convincing.
Anytime you cook food you will destroy the some of the nutrients in it. It all depends on much water is used, how long the food is cooked, and at what temperature. It is proven that spinach retains nearly all it’s nutrients when cooked in a microwave. Conversely, when it’s cooked on a stove it loses 77% of it’s folate. Steamed vegetables are the same, and so are many other foods.
DO RESEARCH ON CREDIBLE WEBSITES…NOT listening to 2 people who ‘think’ they had problems and two random doctors when the VAST majority of doctors are ok with its use in moderation. Check out sites like the MayoClinic, WebMD, World Health Organization, Cleveland Clinic, National Institutes of Health and others. Science is a a complex endeavor. Do you really think 99% of family doctors would really tell you something is ok that kills you? (99% is not a real statistic)
Great video! I need to stop drinking Diet Coke!! For reals!
i just found out that many low-cal cocktail mixers use artificial sweeteners. i also just heard about a new all-natural option called refine Cocktail Mixers. they use the natural medicinal plant stevia as their sweetener…check them out if you’re interested in this BS

@MrApocalyte Two researchers, Blanc and Hertel, confirmed that microwave cooking significantly changes food nutrients. They studied the effect that microwaved food had on eight individuals, by taking blood samples immediately after eating. They found that after eating microwaved food, haemoglobin levels decreased. “These results show anaemic tendencies. The situation became even more pronounced during the second month of the study”.
It’s obviously not a good idea to eat large quantities of any chemical, but to condemn something that might benefit some in moderate amounts is irresponsible. All of us should learn to live without excess amounts of the sweet flavor or get it naturally in fresh fruit and fruit juices. As one of the ladies in this film said, she drinks water. So she is also doing without the dyes and artificial flavors as well as the artificial sweeteners in soft drinks and is drinking far more healthily.
I always wondered how the hell does Aspartame make something sweet? It has a gross, empty taste to it that really doesn’t taste sweet at all. That’s the reason I avoid diet sodas because it almost tastes as if half the soda is liquid and the other half is gas.
@MrApocalyte Please google search: Microwaving your veggies destroys 97%
HealthRanger7, I agree that aspartame is dreadfully bad, but you’re an idiot for basically making up this fact in your description: “Do not use microwaves as they destroy up to 97% of nutrients/vitamins in your food.” Microwaves radiation is NON-IONIZED you newb. Go take a science course before you start spreading panic into the hippies. And as far as the nutrients being lost in a microwave, it’s proven you will retain WAY more nutrients in a microwave rather than boiling your veggies. 97% = lie
very nice video !
OH, ALSO IT ORIGINALLY WAS DESIGNED AS AN ANT POISON. IF YOU HAVE ANTS IN THE HOUSE JUST GIVE THEM SOME NUTRASWEET AND IT WILL KILL EVERY ANT IN THE NEST. THEY JUST MAKE MORE $ PUTTING IT IN YOUR FOOD.
Aspartame is made from the feces of bacteria…..In other words it is SHIT
Fox news doing real investigative journalism?
THE END IS NIGH! REPENT SINNERS!
seriously though, wtf?
Wow, the ex-commissioner didn’t want to say anything. INTERESTING. I wonder why? maybe some secrets, regrets?
molto importante…
Amazing video. : D
I just drank STILL hadrian Clear Rasberry spring water from my local gym, its got Aspartame in it.damnnn, im sticking to water!!
bastards trying to kill us!!
thanks for this
