    Dr I have to disagree with you. I am the # 3 stage and everything he said is not me lol! Taking about stress and dark circles and lumps on the back. Then saying its hard to lose. I have to disagree with that too. My mom was the last one and she lost all that weight. So I don’t know what the hell he talking about.

    Your video is talking about me. After 2 years I’m finally seeing some results with my weight loss. 2 years ago someone snuck up on me and left me with 20 lbs. I am eating according to my adrenal body type and all I can say is wow. All “diets are not for everyone”, but this lifestyle change is for me. This is not a hoax people. Thank you Doctor.
