can i do this once a day making the best or do u ave to do many times ive read some answeres i just want to know as i copy beginner one and two cardio, and knackered and so happy but sweating lol x but it all good mr best and could u any chance get back whn u can as ur great thanks a lot x

hey Ahmad can you make a normal program to lose fat in the lower abs/belly and for bigger chest and chest muscles and some for hands i do what you show but can’t make a home daily program and don’t know what results to expect and after how much time. I am doubtful about most couse i do 2 years of excersises like 2/3 times in week for lower abs/belly and no results at all : only my upper abs and midle got ripped but the lower ain’t : please help
