@informationwarfare everything u eat already died lol. once that vegetable left the plant its dead. again, GMO foods are pretty much everything we eat. how do you think we get so many veggies year round? they had to be modified to grow fast and ripen fast. Just because u got an organic veggie doesnt mean it isnt from a gmo plant. the fact of the matter is, the FDA doesnt label anything as “organic,” the company that sells that product can put that on the package in order to sell more expensive.
@ando1135 the thinking behind the diet is that if you eat living foods you will be full of life, if you eat cooked foods, which are dead, you will die sooner. something like that. and we should ban GMO food that stuff is horrible. avoid corn, soy, cottonseed and canola

Juices are so addictive
I always start the day out with a fruit juice lately, and feels so good I think I’ll keep doing it as long as i can afford so many fruits.
I always put in it One or two oranges, a couple carrots, a tiny piece of lemon for an antioxidant and to pop the flavours even more, and one or half an apple. Then I can add some peach, plum, grapes, cucumber, strawberries, kiwi, mango… whatever i have in the fridge.
Last night i picked some wild blackberries(they’re in season!) & they work spectacular!
that’s a huge banana…. i know that’s what she said hahaha

what is the thinking behind “raw” diet…not eating animals or not eating preservatives?? i mean, food nowadays, even teh “organic” are genetically modified foods. you cant escape them.
