In this episode of the Running Raw Project: The term “green smoothie” gets thrown around a lot in the raw vegan community, but what does that term actually mean? Well, everyone has there own version of this green elixir, and of all the versions that I’ve tried, I’ve had the best results with this blend.

It’s easy, you get half a horse by slicing a full grown horse in half whilst injecting the half a horse with Re-animator’s “re-agent” serum into the brain and voila! Half a horse power.. Nice video! Love my green smoothies! mm mm MMMM! I’m disabled with Dystonia, meds don’t do anything helpful so I decided to try and finagle with my diet..so far, I love the way they make me feel so hopefully, down the road, I’ll be med free and mo bettah!

Do you eat before you run?

  6. VeronicaGrace1 says:

@HeartOfAllThings no I actually didn’t. I forgot about it actually. Didn’t mean to offend… but man when I make a smoothie or even a green smoothie it’s all about packing the fruit in there, cramming in some greens and adding a little water with no supplements. Eats like a meal…

  18. lenaveg says:

Tim, you contradict yourself with organic / inorganic minerals there: in hard water they are the same as in stones, aren’t they?

  19. davedaddy101 says:

finally somebody who understands organic chemistry!! Yes, plants can break down minerals, and make them absorbable for us to consume. He has done his homework.

  20. taragolden says:

thanks for the tips. im gonna try this, tim.

  21. bintasyllah says:

…cage free? I didn’t realize blueberries were grown (anywhere) in cages. Free-range? Isn’t that how blueberries grown anyway? I’m from the south and they’re all over the place, sorta like peacans, mulberries, and such…I’m new to this all, so I’m just learning, but all the extra adjectives tacked on to “organic” food makes me sorta suspicious of the hype…

  22. bootfruity says:

Having said that I actually enjoyed the video…chew it, don’t chug it.. How does this work with juicing–which I think my body prefers to smoothies.

  23. bootfruity says:

Well Water?! Are you insane? I’m sorry, but I worked for the US EPA for a year and was ASTOUNDED by how unhealthy well water is :-( (( Perhaps 150 years ago, but American soil quality is really poor and generally speaking, rural water is more dangerous than urban water, because it’s tested less frequently, and well, manufactures and farmers think that ‘noone is looking’ –which is often true so they dump stuff in the water that would be more heavily regulated in urban areas!

  24. Entropy56 says:

Just “play the percentages” and don’t worry about the small stuff like chewing your drink. If you get too pedantic, most will grow weary of the whole-food thing and give up.

  25. AntaresInScorpius says:

i have a hard physical job, and i will try this.
