www.scoobysworkshop.com One of the most common questions I get is from people who want to eat healthy but dont have time to eat a full meal, students have this problem all the time. You can buy protein bars but they are expensive and you get dizzy reading the long list of nast chemicals in the ingredients. In this video I show you how to make your OWN healthy, cheap ScoobySnack Protein Bars

During the Healthy Lifestyle Expo 2006 in Burank, CA., Peter Lewis from England flew in, and was invited by Cleveland Clinic heart disease-reversal expert, Caldwell Esselstyn, MD, to describe how his life was saved by changing his diet. Full talk available at vegsource.com — click on STORE

Great video Scooby! I think you have chocolate protein powder there Scooby, right? Go for the natural protein powder. Dont eat food with aspartame! Watch “Sweet Misery, A Poisoned World” and do some research and you will probably avoid aspartame for the rest of your life. While I am talking about unhealthy things, go check if your tap water have fluoride in it, if it does, filter it! Throw away anything with fluoride in it.

hey are soybeans bad?? i read that they influence testosterone levels in men and may develop prostate cancer should i eat them because they also help lower down cholesterol and triglycerides and if i have my testosterone level too high my wanker wont shrink right?? thanks

    @kilikadork 7

  4. kilikadork says:

@Quartrez It only applies to bad foods, like Lays sea salt potato chips, because when you eat one, you want to eat the whole bag! Idk if that is a good rule, cause I am vegan, and everything I make tastes good and is also healthy.

  5. officereagle says:

I’m about to make these (minus the protein powder)!

  6. TjBenzMusic says:

Do you microwave the oats before making the bars??

  7. Quartrez says:

    @stjanki 6

  8. stjanki says:

@Quartrez that rule only applies if you don’t know what is in the food you’re eating. if you know whats in it and it taste good, have at it :D

  9. GoldMaker09 says:

I’m confused. At the end of the video he said, that it makes up to 13 bars. However, he only made 3, and used a lot of stuff. I do not see how these bars can only be 60 cents each. Any thoughts?

  10. rikomelvin says:

  16. officereagle says:

if i do not put the protein powder in, is it still a healthy meal? if so, I’m gonna do this!

  17. officereagle says:

@Quartrez he said in a different video “if it tastes good, you can keep chewing if…” and then he gives the standards.

  24. NJnaturalBB says:

@SosukeAizenTaisho Whey protein powder is made from milk before it is made into cheese, completely natural. 20% of the protein in a glass of milk is whey.

  25. NJnaturalBB says:

@LauraSim407 I use water with a very similar recipe.

  26. schultzen says:

so a lifetime of plaque accumulation is reversed in a few weeks… im sure a vegan diet is better than a lifetime of eating steaks and bacon but i think this is taking it a bit too far…

  27. tommyrotter says:

Peter is from Cardiff and has a Welsh accent {with a bit of American added} To suggest he is English is a grave insult both to himself , and to the Welsh nation.Thank goodness the FWA are having a quiet patch . VU- you and I know that Welshmen haven’t used the word boyo for at least 30 years – what were you thinkin of Butty ?

  28. kardar10 says:

    amazing

  29. PSmithFortyTwo says:

tonylunnie – Agree 100%; Esseslstyn / McDougall / Ornish diet works, and the hospital is not then needed. But Marcoosianism above is completely correct too. A sort-of vegetarian diet is useless as protection against heart disease. ‘This little bit CAN and WILL hurt (our health).’

One can choose to eat anything one likes of course. But one shouldn’t then expect to be heart attack proof, which IS the case on Dr. E’s recipe. “Horses for courses.”

  30. PSmithFortyTwo says:

    Thanks for Trolling. Byeeeeee.

  31. kiril1 says:

So touching, can’t stand it.)))And the most important thing is that there is even no milimetr of propaganda.))

  32. kiril1 says:

Ok,now you are speaking, being 39-40.Average man has no chronical diseases in this age.Wait until 55-60,we will see,if you won’t need any hospitle.

  33. chikotube says:

thanks headveg for putting this video on. I saw his lectures a LONG time ago on google-videos but have since forgotten Dr Esselstyn’s name until i landed on this by accident.

  34. PLR2 says:

any chance people could just eat a diet without become a this or a that? why do you to ego out a damn menu?!! dont you see how that undercuts your credibility? I want to be a ME and eat right, keep you ovodickhead whatever out of it ok. and go fight a real battle..

  35. Marcoosianism says:

Tony, with all due respect, you have to eliminate ALL animal products, especially dairy products and get your total fat intake down to 10% of calories or less to get the results men like Dr. Esselstyn speak of.

Any vegetarian diet including milk, cheese, eggs, etc. does very little to benefit health, unfortunately. As well, with these diets, fat intake can very easily, and most often does, exceed even the 30% fat level irresponsibly recommended by mainstream agencies. VEGAN is the way to go.

  36. VUandChips says:

He is from Wales boyo, not England!

  37. tonylunnie says:

Vegetarian diet works, i am a lacto ovo vegetarian and this diet is the best diet ever and if you do this today you can keep the hospitle away. The way this man describe that diet is all true. If we all follow this diet we can tear down a hospitle wing and that will be making progress. And for further progress get rid of the pharmacy on top of that also.
