Good exercises, but keep in mind tabata is meant to work your max. Sprints will always be the best for maximum results.

So if I am trying to get rid of 25pounds of pure fat, how do I incorporate this into a workout. Is this all I need to do or so I rest for a bit and do it again?

  6. bcjaliu says:

do you then repeat the 4 exercises for a total of 4 minutes? Isn’t the original Tabata method based on a 4 minute cycle? Thanks, and great video

I do my own variation of these 3 days a week, inbetween lifting. For example between chest, arm and leg days I focus on the core with squat thrusts without standing, and climbers.

Between Legs and Back, shoulder days I’ll sprint.

Between Back and Core days I’ll do rapid kettlebell and wood chops, and jumps.

@sweetkisses4uonly The best way is the simple way without BS. If you burn 2500kcal a day, and you eat 2000kcal, then that’s 500kcal fat your body will burn. The best way is to eat as much as you burn, but also do cardio. Any form of HIIT is good, as it burns more kcal than steady cardio. Don’t do the same thing over and over. As long as it’s a form of HIIT, the important thing is you enjoy it so you do it often and don’t give up after a week.
