Best tasting protein powder I’ve tried Ingredients 1 scoop protein powder 2 teaspoons of low calorie hot chocolate (if you aren’t afraid of aspartame) Milk (I use 2% fat or no fat) 1 Cup Ice Optional – depending on your goals Raw eggs (whole or just whites if you want fewer calories) Peanut Butter Flaxseed Oil I used to be obsessed with Dymatize Choc Mint WPI but have since discovered a better tasting protein with fewer calories. Optimum Nutritions Golds 100% Whey. I’ve got cookie dough, banana cream and double rich chocolate. I personally wouldn’t get cookie dough again, banana cream is good (tastes like a banana paddlepop) and the chocolate one I have is good. Although they do have milk chocolate which I now realize tastes better than the one I bought. I’ve made a Choc Banana Frappuccino , Chocolate Cookie Dough Shake and Extra Double Rich Chocolate. The secret is to use low calorie hot chocolate and ice. Instead of drinking protein water I now have a delicious starbucks style drink. Ps: I regret wearing the annoying jumper haha
