@8cali94 only bad if you are too sore and trying to work the healing muscle… normally for me I give it a day or two of rest then hit them hard again…thanks for question…

@8cali94 If i’m correct. Then you should not exercise same muscles everyday except for lower body(Legs ect). Upper body needs time to recover, so every other day should be perfect. Every time you work out, you break the muscle strings. So once you rest they build up again until you workout again. If you do this everyday you don’t let the muscles repair themselves, that might lead to injury or worse.

something else that will help build ur muscles in ur chest and arms is to use push up bars; they’re too handles that u can pick up at walmart for 8 bucks; but they work so much more then a normal push up because u can go 30% father down with the push up bars

I just cannot build muscle anywhere, i consume a lot of protein since my country’s diet is based on non fat meat but i stay the same everytime, i don’t know if i start exercising it will help my muscle to build up.
