I don’t think there is a certain type of food that burns fat at all. This “magic bullet” mentality is really screwing everyone up. I’ve seen before/after pics of people who simply drop eating processed foods and lose like 130 pounds. They look like totally different people its insane! I read an article on how this mentality is fuckin killing us. its a good wake up call google ‘yourfitassist’ n its the first article

Sure it will work.
But sadly there is little difference with the DSP to many other diet formulars currently comming out of the good old USA.
A cheaper verision of the same diet program can be found in The TNT Diet or The GI Diet programs. Books for both of these diet programs can be bought in the UK for less than £5 from Amazon.
BTW you do not need to use expensive organic food stuffs all the time.
