Hey guys! This is the first part of 2 videos I’m going to make. I’ve gotten a few messages wanting to know what I’m doing to lose weight. I want y’all to know that you can still do it even if you have alot of weight to lose. If you’re 300, 400 or more, don’t let that be a reason to give up! I’m a real person just like you. I weighed almost 370 pounds. I decided that I deserved the best body I could give myself. I was too cute to let myself go to waste. And you are too! So here is my eating plan…I calorie strict and allow myself 1500 to 1600 calories. I will be making another video showing you what I do for exercise. Take care

This diet makes more sense than any diet. i did this diet and all i did for excercise was lift weights and walk. i lost about 60lbs in 8 months. there is no debate. eating this way is the best
Another fad
I was originally vegetarian… But after a few years on a vegetarian diet, I began to get weak, my muscle mass went skyrocketing down. And I was seeing THREE nutritionists… one of them specialized in Vegetarian diets!
I then found the Paleo diet. I went on it reluctantly… but within the first couple of days, I was sleeping better, and I had more energy. I’ve been on the diet for quite some time and I feel really really good! If you stick to it, it can work miracles!

I do but not for me…My fiance is on a low sodium diet so I have to cook without sodium as much as possible. I know I have more than him though because I really don’t watch it that much…I mainly just watch calories and fat. I avoid obvious junk and try to be honest with myself when it comes to what I’m eating… Thanks for watching! =D

Great video! Good to hear in detail what you’re doing. It’s more helpful than just “I restrict calories and exercise” which is about all I’ve said in my vlog so far
You rock!!! I believe calorie restriction is the way to go. I don’t count but am restricting my calories with intermittent fasting. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! I eat breakfast at 4pm, lol.

you are very encouraging, this show that not all plans work for everyone, you experiment with your calorie intake and found what works for you. Stay well balanced and enjoy
Misty you sound like you got awesome eating habits. I do something similar except i eat a high protein diet because i’m trying to build a lot of muscle while losing my fat. For a late night hungar fix try some Casein protein powder blended with water. It’s better that Whey because it releases slowly into your system so it will keep you fuller thru the night . . i drink that as my last meal of every day . . You’ve lost a ton of weight and looking great! Keep it up chica!!

Calorie Restriction is the only proven method of long term weight loss and long term health. Glad you are doing it. I have lost 93 pounds so far. 7 more to go.
I will do CR forever. I have been doing CR for almost 2 years. I hope you are tracking your nutrients too, you need to know what is in the food you are eating. I use the cronOmeter to do this. You learn what foods are not high in nutrition and avoid them
