i ate an apple and a bowl of chips
my lunch was a piece of barbecue meat, a piece of boil plantain and a salad of cabagge and carrot mix with vinegar and salt.
I had cooked string beans with spices.
last meal was tomato juice
ok. so i learned alot with this video. ive been eating to fast and not really paying attention to how i feel when i eat. also ive been letting myself get way to hungry for to long. through all your other videos ive managed to find a solution to my eating problem, ill post this in detail soon giving you all due credit. now it sounds like what your saying is, that a person could one day trust there own stomach to dictate calorie intake. so we wouldnt have to count calories. imagine that.
lets see, i had a salad without meat, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, sunflower seeds. then i went back a loaded up on the fruit, peaches, cantaloupe, pineapple, . washed it all down with a quart of brown gravy, and a few tablespoons of msg….kidding.
Pastry
slices of baked eggplant & a salad – chopped red cabbage, carrots, broccoli, ground flax seed. Bal. vinegar,paprika & olive oil mix for dressing.
about 5 cooked chicken hearts with a half cup of rice
6 pack of bannanas

1: I don’t eat when I feel upset, down, or stressed.
2: I eat when I’m hungry.
3: I don’t eat a lot of calories, and have fairly normal portions.
4: I rarely eat past 5.. but regret when I do.

lite vegtable and rice soup in chicken broth
