    I totally understand. Many of my early green smoothies were so awful they had to go straight to the comost bin! You are correct to go easy on the dandelion to get started. Even one leaf is fine and is one more than not getting any at all. Thanks for commenting and let me know how your dandelion smoothie comes out. :)

    I think I’ll try this…but with less dandelion of course…I used to make savory smoothies all the time with dandelion but I made one that was just awful! I haven’t had dandelion ever since but I know it’s super healthy so I’m always tempted when I see it in the grocery store. Thanks for the video! :)

    @tasmanianvegan
    When I was a kid my folks and grandparents would pick weeds out of the backyard and make the same dandelion salad that I make in part 5 – only then i wouldn’t touch it!

    Oops, guess I forgot that part :)
    It’s 30-45 seconds in the VitaMix. If you are not using a high speed blender, you may have to blend longer, reduce quantities and perhaps add more water.

    @veramazing Sketchy? almost 5 billion in sales! CNBC’s Mad Money’s Jim Kramer can’t shut up about how excellent this company is being ran Herbalife’s products ships to 75 different countries and they follow the Gregorian calendar for expiration date, also the same product expires at different times once you open it. Just embrace and enjoy!

  8. veramazing says:

    Thank you, that was very helpful!
    Still… that expiration date thing made me realize how flipping sketchy Herbalife is. Why don’t they just print it on the product for everyone to see like other labels? Weird. And sketchy. Made me very angry.

  9. AQUA30L0C says:

    i like this really helped!!

  10. litebluesky says:

    I called at 8pm seattle time and the guy answered and helped me with the expiration date on some niteworks I bought over the internet. That is a good service for people …so … I will buy from him in the future.

  11. twoshakesaday says:

    look closer it there!

  12. lyricaldynasty says:

    oh wait maybe its is there in small print it says 2009 herbalife

  13. lyricaldynasty says:

    okay yeah the same for me mines is a zero but when i go to look for the date the label was printed it looks as if its been cut out, because there is a perfect cut out square

  14. uyenthai91 says:

    @twoshakesaday : thank you

  15. twoshakesaday says:

    Now look on the front label the date the label was printed should be 2009 if its 1999 you are very expired. If its 2009 than your was made in 2010.

  16. uyenthai91 says:

    my lot number is 600565A12. the third number is supposed to be the expiration year. here, mine is 0, should it be 2010 or 2000? thank you

  17. pcincome says:
