    @mammal46 thanks:) I wish you well..this is a good cleanse, no more than 4 days in my opinion. this restarts you and you can get off addictions to bad foods and start a new regimen of fruits and veggies/vegan raw low fat or anything close to that.hope this helped..I think I eat watermelon just about everyday at least one meal, usually for breakfast or lunch:)..I love to blend it, especially when it is all mush, it is still ok in a drink.I just drank a huge glass of it and I could feel the vibes

    @kalliski1 about a lb a day..water weight, but who cares…weight is weight and who needs the extra water? This a great cleanse, I recommend not more than 4 days. then it restarts you to get on a good vegan/raw low fat plan…hope this helps!

    You are my long lost best friend. I didn’t think anyone loved watermelon like me. I ate primarily watermelon this summer and lost 14 lbs. I’m so sad that the watermelon is all gone. But I have a lot of illnesses like diabetes, low thyroid, cardiomegaly, high blood pressure, etc…. I never have any energy and nothing helps that. I also have COPD and can barely breathe, but watermelon did help me loose weight.

    @laylove you are right but it is a good way to cleanse and get rid of the junk and kickstart the new diet and the new you..very refreshing diet and I also must add, that I explain in the video that I got a bad reaction to the sun and that was all I oculd eat without going nutso. I ate watermelon just about everyday this summer(of course other foods too) but it really jived with the sun and I never got so golden tan before that, no sunblock!!!I usually burn, awesome!!!!!

    if your eating watermelon only, thats eating poorly.. its a crash diet.. and ofcourse your going to lose weight. if i ate mc dees fries only and water for 4 weeks and lose weight, cuz your body gets used to it and doesnt ubsorb any of it.. btw your daughter is amazinngly cute :)

    @1too3fore He never lost his med licence. If you don’t want to follow Dr Graham that is fine, you don’t have to but people are doing really really well on this way of life, so that is my experience and you have yours with all do respect. Do what works for you.

    And where did you hear he lost his license to to incompetence? I love all these “He isnt really a raw vegan” “hes not a real doctor” claims with nothing i can find to back it up. back it up and post a link!

There are no credible scientific double-blind studies to support his brand of idiocy. There is, however evidence to the contrary. I WAS a type two diabetic, and can tell you from personal experience that a raw mono fruit diet is not only safe, but produced miraculous results for me.

I already looked into so many other success stories like The grape cure ..a woman who cured her cancer by eating only grapes for a long period of time. I am sure that there is more research on these subjects than what we have to say.

    @vicky2c Actually, it’s a dangerous diet. It raises your blood sugar levels and can activate latent diabetes. The reason it flushes toxins is because once your blood sugar is elevated, your body will do whatever it can to flush the excess sugar from your system, along with it go valuable minerals. If you notice, Dr. Graham (who lost his medical license due to incompetence) states to exercise on the diet to try to get the body to flush the sugar out but that just doesn’t work. 811 is risky.

Sometimes eating one fruit at a time or even one for a few days can actually help your body rid itself of toxins. Try it out. It is called mono eating. Don’t let it get out of hand b/c you could be missing out on nutrients, but for a short time it does wonders.

    Hi Man.Now i am a big Guy.Average time at the gym per week = 0mins.over the last week i decide to do something about it… but too ashamed to go to the gym.as i think i will not last 10 mins.after watching you 90 sec and 2 mins quick workouts.i decided to try them as a buildup to the gym.well i am glad to say that i have now been doing these for about 2 weeks, almost every hour that i am up with a healthy diet. not only this has improved my stamina but i can see the change.
