Thanks jacklalanne.com
that was not you….show your face in the picture little cunt and for the guy…you look like a dumbass
@VeganDietTV I might get a chance to watch it sometime but living on nothing but organic green juice is hella expensive. When I juice here, 1 quart cost me about 4 dollars. Just for 1 quart. If I had lots of money I would drink lots of green juice but I cannot afford it.
@tbayguy There is a GREAT new movie out on Netflix called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. You should check it out. It is about a green juice feast. Also…yea peanuts are tough. If you could substitute them for carrots or raw almonds you would probably pick back up where you left off.
@VeganDietTV Thanks, I have been stalled for months though as I have been eating too many peanuts so im going on a raw type low fat higher carb green smoothie feast. for sept to kick things up and get off the nuts
@johnlvs2run Ill have to see what happened to it but you can see the whole thing on VeganDiet.tv
@tbayguy That is AWESOME!!!! Congrats.
Where is part 2?
I was like her, except im not done yet. I have lost 180 lbs in the past 14 months by going vegetarian. Still have 80 to go. Congrats to her for a job well done and not to mention she looks great
@davidjmechanic Tony Horton I believe is doing his best. Nearest I’ve come across anyway
better than the ten commandments
he just passed away in 2011
@jkhjournal i th8ink he lived to 97 or 98 ..i think 97 though
Lived to 96.
LOVE jack! didnt over complicate things motivational in a ‘regular guy” way. and lived to what/ 94 ? so cant argue!
Love it! Simple. Clean Basic. Most of our troubles can be dealt with easily – it is we who make it difficult. Eta less. Move more, etc. This guy is awesome.
No I’m not Joker 7100. As Signfield would say, not that there is anything wrong with that. I’m sure you are a FAT SLOB and can’t handle the truth.
@Caribman75 because hi is slim gay maybe you are like him
How can 4 people dislike this, lol
Thank-you for posting these videos.
@bodytrainer1 That’s absolutely awesome good sir
@falcon4him That’s true . . in the 1950s (even in the US northeast), telecasts STOPPED after the late-night news or “The Late Show,” and TEST PATTERNS ran all night, until 5 or 6 a.m. Day done, gone the sun, people SLEPT at night.
@bodytrainer1 Yes . . . improv with props -wise, Jack LaLanne was the Fred Astaire of exercise !
What were we thinking? Jack was always right…..40 years ahead of his time. I can’t believe what we used to eat, drink, and smoke. Just look at Jack! How can you doubt his results? What a stud.
I thought he started a fashion trend, wearing those spiffy one-piece union suits. But as I look around the streets, I’ve been the only other person wearing one all these years. Darn it, Jack! Now I feel silly, since you’ve gone.
@JoeyFudd well to be correct, most people didn’t stay up watching TV. because believe it or not, the South and West has more people than the east , and they are the ones that worked hard (as a general rule) and went to bed at 8 – 10 o’clock. Although the people that are needed to loose weight back then probaly did stay up late.
I watched it eating cookies, i blow…
WHoa whoa whoa…..WHeres the medicine, THEE POt???
We need someone to pick up where he left off. I can’t find half a handful these days.
Jack was the master at making improvement plans! His works helped shape the lives of many, including my own. Thank you for that Jack. Check out this video of him at 94 years old, amazing! bit. ly/diGOR2
Legend – RIP and we will do our best to continue your message
I watched you when I was a little girl in the 50′s. You are an inspiration to us all. You live on by all the good advice you gave to us. Thank you, Jack. You will be missed. May you have a great place in Heaven. I’m sorry I never had the opportunity to meet you in person, but know that I will follow your advice now more than ever. I’m sure you are being you and working out wherever you are. You are the best
11. Vodka martini. Shaken, not stirred.
Simpler times. Can’t help thinking the world was better off then, for all it’s faults in the 50s -60s.
