i have the same shoes I would recommend them to everyone they are amazing!

  3. genghisgirl says:

@jendbify Awesome! I’m glad you liked the workout. xo Bex

  4. jendbify says:

Awesome!! I LOVED the mountain climber twists

  5. genghisgirl says:

@hardcorexxx69 You can totally stack the workouts. You can do the same one over (allowing the same 10 second rest in between or a longer rest time up to one minutes) or mix it up with another video in the series.

  7. hardcorexxx69 says:

If i want to do it longer than 4 minutes how long should i rest or just restart it over? I JUST started using the gymboss timer so i was wondering if i would set it to 16 intervals instead of 8?

  8. InTheMomment says:

I’m a runner, and I still have fat i don’t want, do you think this will help thin my core, and make my butt bigger and more muscular. By the way great workout. (:

  9. seanyo82 says:

    nice video your awesome! :)

  10. genghisgirl says:

@jkoriginals Of course! You can run through it 1 or 2 more times or stack it with my other 4-Minute videos :)

  11. jkoriginals says:

Could you do this for longer than 4 minutes???

  12. genghisgirl says:

@glitterandglueforyou I think they’re good if you require low impact exercise, but are largely ineffective for serious training.

  13. genghisgirl says:

@lightshorti Do the routine… it’s actually a viable workout in and of itself. You can stack the routines for a longer workout, but together or by themselves they’re the perfect combination of cardio plus weight resistance.

  14. lightshorti says:

im really trying to lose about 20lbs in 3 months. The 4 minute workouts are only warmups, what videos should i do to lose weight fast?

  15. glitterandglueforyou says:

    Why don’t you like ellipticals?

  16. Pwnstar1988 says:

You gotta a beach body already what are you talking about lol. Good video though! i like your work out.

  17. evermorex15 says:

@genghisgirl thanks for replying. i can’t wait to get my new pair of runtone! :D

  18. genghisgirl says:

@evermorex15 You can absolutely use the Runtones for walking… I’m not a fan of elliptical machines as a rule, but theres no harm in wearing the Runtones on them :)

  19. evermorex15 says:

is it wise to use the runtone for walking and elliptical machines? or is it mostly for running?

  20. genghisgirl says:

@mcwuppy69 You can absolutely sprint in the Runtones. These are demonstrations for beginners and athletes alike… they mimic my real life personal routines, but are not always exact.

  21. mcwuppy69 says:

Can you run fast or sprint on Reebok Runtones? I was going to suggest you use a Gymbose timer but I noticed you already had it clipped on LOL. Those tabata routines you’re doing look too easy for you, you should extend the time are try more difficult moves.

  22. genghisgirl says:

@gripright I’m glad you like them!

  23. gripright says:

I am working towards becoming a personal trainer and have been exercising with a few women. Since I started using your workouts they have become much more enthused. I let them see the videos so they know it is not some overly muscular developing program. Thanks!

  24. genghisgirl says:

@JazzandLesCity I’m glad you like it… I’m still loving my runtones – I wear them everywhere!

  25. JazzandLesCity says:

What a great workout! Thank you so much. The explanations are spot-on. I love how quickly you can go through this workout. I definitely am thinking of getting a pair of Reebok’s now. They look great and really comfortable!

  26. metrx330 says:

I went vegan from being a meat eater 2 years ago (no transition – I took the whole plunge!!!). Lost 85 pounds, blood pressure now normal, no longer get out of breath, no longer get pins and needles in my extremities, sleep like a baby, no longer take anti-depressants, chlorestorol very low, triglycerides below 150! & I have more energy now than I did as a teen. Its so worth it. I’m never going back.

  27. sohagweb says:

Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  28. bluestarbuckscup says:

@steezster It seems you may be fighting a comprehension issue. Take your time and go over my original comment. You will see clearly that I never ever mention vats of peanut butter as you suggest that I do in your poorly formed. My statement says that I feel the information is incomplete.

  29. 20b1p says:

    LOVE it !!!! Thank you :) !

  30. steezster says:

@appleguyzer because thats whats happening. open your eyes

  31. steezster says:

@bluestarbuckscup man, you cant nit pick. of course you shouldnt eat vats of peanut butter. why would you even waste time typing that

  32. ujudkma says:

Processed grains are acidic and bad for you so you should only eat organic sprouted grains.

  33. appleguyzer says:

Why did he have to mention population control?

  34. bubbles64194 says:

It’s gonny take me a while to stop eating meat but this video has basically turned me vegetarian.

  35. ag3ntP says:

Fantastic! This is exactly what I need to hear in order to take the step from vegetarian to vegan. I’ve tried scaring myself by watching videos showing how horrible the meat industry treats animals and so forth, but it didn’t really work that well for me. But now, knowing more about the healthy benefits, and how easy it actually is, I feel more than ready. (: Thanks for this video!

  36. actsrv9 says:

Another way to look at it – if you have meat all day long, you substitute a lion in the jungle. With over 6 billions powerful lions eating so many animals, the food chain is quite different than what nature designed.

Humans should be humans, not become lions, or we end up with lion-like violence in life.

  37. bluestarbuckscup says:

grains spike the blood sugar level. :( They have a high glycemic index. Peanut butter is bad for you. This doesn’t seem like complete information. wheat is toxic for many people

    FUCKING GENIOUS!! Amazing amazing amazing!

  44. shaolinsoccer says:

    @readchomsky
    couldn’t agree more

  45. Meriamen says:

    excellent

  46. readchomsky says:

I know it works for some, but imitation meat will never be the way to go for me. If I switch to vegetarianism I’ll just be dropping meat out of the diet rather than trying to trick myself.

  47. URNemesis108 says:

Bulls and horses are vegetarians and they are not weak, Or sickly.

  48. kingryanarthur says:

Awesome. Thanks so much for that detailed breakdown of diet. I’d like to investigate more some of the claims you made, but I was captivated by the presentation and the depth into which you went into the effects of animal vs plant protein in the body and in united States of America’s most common diseases.

  49. satrapy27 says:

@brutus64 oh yeah, he did indeed say “elimina… controlling our population” but somehow his advice is pretty good in nature, maybe he was thinking “eliminating meat from our diet” but decided not to repeat himself and istead went on to “controlling our population which is misbehaving in regard to our ecosystems”.

  50. satrapy27 says:

nevermind, I think I had already found the answer to this question since I am on a vegetarian gluten free diet and so is my partner. So its possible yes, but no wheat, barley and rye derivatives in our diet at all !! Yes to fruit, vegetables, olive oil, sunflower oil, rice and so far to milk and eggs, but after your video I’ll surely be improving my diet even more
